If you live in a tourist town then you know what tourism is all about. With a long wet winter it was quiet and some what depressing this year and now the sunshine is back out, seaweed is rolling in and the beach is packed with tourists. Our streets get busy to the point of finding other routes to our everyday activities that go on in spite of the busy vacationers. Oh how I usually dreaded the hustle bustle but this year seems different. With the government speaking recession it is nice to see the smiles of those who in spite of it have made way to the coast for a vacation. May I never talk ill again of the many people who come to our island and enjoy our beaches and frequent our establishments that keep us going from year to year. Let this be a Grand time for all!
